Sending a query when operating your multi-chain wallet with Frontier is a simple process. To do this, you will need to follow these steps:

Using Frontier App

  1. Click on the "More" tab from the Main menu

  2. Click on "Need Help"

  3. Send an e-mail to with your questions.

  4. We'll get back within 24hrs

Using Frontier Extension

  1. Click on the Frontier chrome extension from your web browser's toolbar.

  2. Enter your password & click on Login.

  3. Click on the hamburger icon on the left hand top corner.

  4. Click on Contact Us.

  5. Send an e-mail to with your questions.

  6. We'll get back within 24hrs

Note: To avoid multiple e-mail exchanges and for quick resolution of issues, we highly recommend to include as much detail in your queries as possible. This will help us resolve your requests in the shortest possible time frame!
